The rights of the rich to speak freely should be limited at the point that their voice is heard more frequently or influentially than the voices of any other class. The vigorish of the unchecked access to commercial speech by any group is the drowning out of other voices, it is to stifle the free speech of any other group. I propose a law to limit commercial speech so that it is absolutely taxed and balanced so that all parties are guaranteed utterly equal time of equal value to commercial speech. Anything less is undemocratic.
